Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for OCD-UK. Whatever your motivation - we truly value your contribution - however much time you have to give.

There are many reasons why people choose to get involved. Some to support and make a difference to people coping with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, some to do something inspiring and motivating and others to learn new skills and share new experiences.

We hope volunteering will be mutually beneficial, with you able to expand your own skills and experiences. You may feel satisfaction from playing a positive role in someone else's life or, if you're looking for work, you will gain valuable experience for your CV.

To get involved take a look at this list of volunteer roles - or if you have a skill that you think would benefit OCD-UK we want to hear from you! Don't worry if there is nothing on the list that you feel will suit you, or you are skilled for, if you have the enthusiasm and interest to make a difference then we will help you gain those skills!
