There is ample parking in the forecourt. There is a charge £1.00 to cover costs including tea, coffee, biscuits, photocopies etc.
The group is informal and unthreatening. Members may want to speak or just sit and listen, no pressure will be put upon you. Just by being present you may hear that little bit of information that helps you forward in recovery. Perhaps you will hear about a book that will support you in moving forward. We can also inform you on your first steps towards getting therapy and benefits if necessary.
