Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: The Essential Guide - Book Review

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: The Essential Guide

A review by Lucy (OCD sufferer, aged 15).

The book covers many un answered questions about OCD that I have been thinking about and I think it will educate new readers of OCD into the real in site. A few examples of what the book covers is “What causes OCD?”, “Treatment explained” and “Getting help”. These are some of the sections that I found really helpful. It also provides a case study for carer’s and some of the many symptoms which help them understand that the OCD compulsions and obsessions lots of others do as well.
