OCD-UK needs your help to work with even more adults and children affected by OCD in the UK.
Whatever your circumstances, if you have the energy and time to spare and the determination to achieve something to help transform the lives of children and adults with OCD, you can enjoy all the fun of fundraising! However you want to raise funds to help us, either on your own or with family, friends, colleagues or classmates, we very much value your support and want to help you achieve your targets.
Perhaps you would like to join our growing number of fundraising runners in some fantastic and iconic races; trek or cycle through incredible places in the UK or in overseas adventures; feel the adrenaline rush of a tandem skydive or take on your own challenge? From cake baking sells to marathon running, there is something for everyone to fundraise for OCD-UK.
We have got lots of organised fundraising events available and we will give you and all the support you'll need to achieve your goals!
Find the right event for you
Would like to join our growing number of fundraising runners in some fantastic and iconic races around the UK and World? No experience necessary, we have runs for all levels of fitness from 5k runs, all the way up to full marathons all over the UK, we have have runners participating in overseas runs.
Cycling is another great way to fundraise for OCD-UK, maybe you want to fundraise for OCD-UK by cycling between two local towns and back, or fancy a larger challenge, John O'Groats to Lands End, or even two great European cities with organised events like the London to Paris, and covers around 300km in three days.
Imagine standing at the edge of an open doorway in an aircraft flying at 10,000 feet, then jumping out and free-falling at over 120mph. Sound fun? Parachute jumping is the ultimate adrenaline rush and a once in a lifetime experience! Now's your chance for OCD-UK.
Take on the challenge of a lifetime and raise valuable funds for OCD-UK. These treks will take you along some of the most spectacular and most incredible places on earth. Whether you are trekking along the Great Wall of China, or cycling from London to Paris or in Vietnam, these events guarantee you the most incredible physical challenge of your life.
Walking
If running and cycling are not your things, then maybe a more gentle paced sponsored walk is for you. You can set your own walking fundraising challenge, perhaps a local walking group are holding walks you can join. You might want to participate in organised charity walks, like the Jane Tomlinson's Walk For All in the Yorkshire Dales on 14th August over 5, 14 or 26 miles.

OCD-UK members have come up with some unique and fantastic fun ways to fundraise for OCD-UK. We had the Bearded Barber, the deadlocked composer who chopped off ten years worth of dreadlocks to a charity jailbreak. If you have a fundraising challenge in mind, then get in touch and we will support you through the whole experience.
If running is not your thing, then you can still play a part by coming along to cheer on the runners.
