The book covers many un answered questions about OCD that I have been thinking about and I think it will educate new readers of OCD into the real in site. A few examples of what the book covers is “What causes OCD?”, “Treatment explained” and “Getting help”. These are some of the sections that I found really helpful. It also provides a case study for carer’s and some of the many symptoms which help them understand that the OCD compulsions and obsessions lots of others do as well.

There is much more useful information in this book. I would really recommend this book to anybody that wants to find out more as it covers loads of great aspects. It is also broken up into clear sections to which makes the book easy to follow.

Over all, I think that this book is a great way to inform people on OCD. It gives a real insight and proves that OCD isn't just hand washing like lots of people think.

Thank you
