Very well made and also quite informative, I could really empathise and sympathise. It's a good way of explaining OCD to non-sufferers.

This few seconds of complicated and nervous thought patterns left me feeling agitated and exhausted. It is a reflection of what happens in my head for almost every task I have to do! and, yes, sadly I talk myself out of doing things just like Matthew and as a result my life has closed down to almost not living at all. Watching this also gave me an insight into how others might see me and find me very irritating and have thoughts that are incomprehendible by most people. Short but powerful video. Thank you Matthew.

My son has OCD. If this would have been available to his teacher to see, this would have made his school days more easy. I tried to explain OCD to them, but sometimes feel as though 'there not listening'. This definitely gives others a better understanding of people with ocd, and their life. That was 2 minutes, of one day, out of Matthew's whole life!

I've never heard anyone be so honest about their thoughts it is like someone is reading my mind, I was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome and OCD a year ago. ages 36 years.

Well Done Matthew! A great piece of work..slick editing! Really captured the thought process really well.
Julia
It is absolutely exhausting watching this video. It really puts across the way OCD blights the life of an individual. I do hope you have better day than this Matthew.
