OCD-UK have been supporting health professionals and third sector organisations with their understanding of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder for 18 years and we now also deliver training workshops specifically for employers.
We can offer bespoke training for organisations of all sizes and all of our training is designed to be informative, inspirational and empowering, to help you improve outcomes for when your team engage with customers, clients or colleagues affected by OCD.
OCD-UK workplace training is an opportunity for employers to become better informed and improve their employees mental health, happiness and well-being in the workplace.

The Introduction to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Workshop will help attendees fully understand OCD, how the condition works, and how the condition makes sufferers feel.
This workshop is helpful for any third sector organisation or NHS IAPT and equivalent level services.
Currently only offered as an online Zoom training session.
The Employers OCD Workshop is specifically designed for employers and HR teams/managers. This workshop will offer an insight into how OCD impacts on employees and explores ways to manage the needs of employees with OCD.
This workshop can be tailored around specific sectors and for anything from 2-20 attendees.
Currently only offered as an online Zoom training session.
Our expertise is derived from our own lived experience of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Both of our workshop facilitators have years of lived experience, including dealing with the challenges of OCD whilst working in high pressure environments.
This unique insight allows us to deliver training that is based on real experiences and enables us to sensitively explore the issues around OCD in an engaging way, whilst offering an insight into the complexities and severity of OCD.
We use our own experiences with OCD to break the ice and provide a platform that facilitates open conversations.
Employers Workshop
Many people still have the misconception that OCD is a personality quirk and a choice that people can snap out of. The fact is Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is one of the most complex and devastating mental health problems, so much so that the World Health Organization once listed OCD in the top ten most disabling illnesses by loss of income and quality of life.
Employers Workshop Overview
This workshop gives an overview of the condition and draws on the experiences of the practitioner/trainer in developing skills to work with people who suffer from Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
It also gives an opportunity to seek out practical ideas, which can then be taken back to the workplace to create a supportive and understanding culture for those who suffer from OCD specifically or for those who may be struggling with mental health problems in general.
