Research plays a significant role in helping us better understand Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and to further develop evidence-based treatments available for people living with OCD.Whenever we are approached by a researcher we carry out our own due diligence, we have a duty to you our supporters, to protect your rights, dignity, well-being, valuable time and, of course safety. We ask questions of the research project and review thoroughly before we promote the research on our website. Do you Experience OCD with ‘just right’ sensations and behaviours?
Summary
Our friends at the Anxiety and OCD Laboratory at Concordia University in Canada are conducting research to get to the heart of ‘just right’/incompleteness related symptoms in OCD.
What will participants be asked to do?
If suitable for the research, you will be asked to take part in a short online interview study. In order to be eligible you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 years or older
- Be able to communicate well in English
- Diagnosed or suspect you have OCD
- Experience ‘just right’ sensations and behaviours
