Online Support Groups
Our online support groups have now returned to regular weekly meetings.
In response to the coronavirus pandemic OCD-UK began hosting support groups online in summer 2020. These have proved to be very popular and accessible, with over one thousand people having attended one or more groups by the end of 2021. We are therefore continuing to run them on Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday, plus a monthly group for family members and friends supporting a loved one with OCD and other occasional themed meetings.
The two weekly support group meetings on a Tuesday and Thursday are open OCD peer support groups, and accessible to people with OCD or family members/partners/friends of OCD sufferers (aged 18 years and over).
There are also themed meetings open to different groups or for those with a specific interest in that session's theme.
Our charity is only funded to offer services for UK residents and advice offered will be UK specific, we are unable to make the groups available to anyone living outside the UK at this time.
Please scroll down for further information about all meetings.

Additional Support
Between Zoom meetings, you can access community support via the OCD-UK forums at: www.ocdforums.org.
If you wish to take part in any of these meetings you will need to register for each individual meeting you wish to be part of before the day of the meeting.
Registration Instructions
If you wish to take part in any of these meetings you will need to register in advance for each meeting you wish to be part of. Click the link on the meeting date you wish to register for. Meeting registration will be opened one week prior to the meeting date. Please note registration will automatically close once capacity is reached.
If registration is closed due to maximum capacity but you would like to attend, we recommend checking again closer to the time the group is due to run because we often have last minute cancellations. The links above display the most up to date information - if it says 'registration closed' when you click the link, then capacity for that particular date is currently full. If a space subsequently opens up due to a cancellation, clicking the link will allow you to register.
Once registered the Zoom system will email you a meeting link. It is that link you will use to access the meeting so please keep this email/link safe.
Group Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please cancel your place as soon as possible by following the cancel link in the original Zoom registration confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact us via email: groups@ocduk.org and we can assist you in cancelling your place.
The groups are well attended and we restrict the group numbers to ensure everyone has time to speak if they would like to, which means meetings often fill up to capacity. No shows prevent other people from attending so please cancel your place if you no longer need it. This enables us to offer the place to other individuals who wish to attend.
By registering for one of our meetings you do so accepting our data policy on the sharing of data between Zoom (our provider of meeting services) and OCD-UK. Please scroll below to view this policy.
The OCD-UK Diversity and Inclusion Charter
