Overcoming Common Difficulties in Doing Exposure with Response Prevention
The webinar was facilitated by Zoë, from the OCD-UK team.
Presentation subject
Exposure with response prevention (ERP) is one of the most effective strategies for overcoming obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), but it can be challenging to start, to advance, and to endure the distress, for good reason! In this talk we will review the reasons ERP can be challenging and discuss strategies for overcoming these difficulties.
