Please explain your motivations for wanting to run for OCD-UK, as your answer will be taken into consideration when assessing your application.

Have you run a 10k or other event before? Do you jog regularly, or will you be starting from scratch? Don't worry if you are starting from scratch, this will not necessarily exclude you from being offered a place.

We’d love to hear about the how you plan to reach your target? (i.e. from a wide circle of family and friends and other contacts, or perhaps you might host lots of local events such as a quiz night or host a cake bake. Perhaps your employer can offer you matched fundraising? There are lots of wonderfully creative ways people achieve their fundraising targets we will send you additional ideas). We are also happy to help and even provide resources such as leaflets about OCD, provide badges or keyring giveaways for example.
