The Covid-19 pandemic has been a particularly challenging time for young people affected by OCD and their families. We will explore the impact of Covid 19 on symptoms and treatment, and discuss ways to support young people during this time of continued uncertainty.

Dr Victoria Hallett is a Senior Clinical Psychologist at the National and Specialist CAMHS OCD, BDD and Related Disorders Service (South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust). She has worked at the service since 2015, providing specialist assessment and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to young people with OCD and their families. Tori has a strong interest in clinical academic research, with peer reviewed publications focussing on OCD, childhood anxiety and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). She is currently the Teaching and Training Coordinator for the OCD Clinic, with a passion for delivering OCD-related training across both clinical and academic settings.
Dr Hannah Baker is a Clinical Psychologist at the National and Specialist OCD, BDD and Related Disorder Clinic at the Maudsley Hospital. She specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for OCD with children and adolescents. Hannah has a special interest in working with parents and has a background of using family-based approaches for young people with eating disorders and long term physical health conditions. Alongside clinical work, Hannah is a team Diversity Representative and is involved in the National and Specialist CAMHS Equality & Diversity Group, contributing to projects aimed at improving access and reducing inequalities for families accessing N&S CAMHS services.
