Recovery
By OCDUKYA Helena

"Recovery to me is finally accepting that it is okay to reach out and accept help. It’s me being fully open and honest with my therapist about my harm obsessions without being ashamed. It’s me breaking out of my shell of belittling myself to fit into places I’ve outgrown. It’s me accepting that it’s okay not to be okay and this is all temporary."
