OCD & Relationships
By OCDUKYA Leo
In terms of family and friends, I can’t deny that OCD has affected those relationships. For example, I can’t stay over often at people’s houses, and my parents have to help me if I have an anxiety attack which is tiring for them.
However, having OCD doesn’t automatically stop you from having bonds with friends and family. I’m incredibly close with my dad and we do lots of work and watch games with each other, even though I have OCD we still make it work, because at the end of the day your family will always love you, and your real friends will always be there to support you.
