What I would like my loved ones to know
'I just want you to know, that I’m okay. Through the tears, panic attacks, days off school, I’m okay. There’s more to life than worrying about me, I want you to enjoy a day without turning it back to worrying about me. Go out with your friends, take a shopping spree, and be free. You’re not a bad parent for taking care of yourself too! How can you care for me, if you don’t take care of yourself too?'
